Confessions of a Tiny Panamanian Artist With a T-Rex Heart

Confesiones

This is totally embarrasing you guys. I don’t know how April (my business bestie) convinced me to do this.

Watch my confessional video before I change my mind about sharing it publicly + delete it forever.

Now it’s your turn to make a confession. Spill open in the comments. Bonus point if you feel like a loser for sharing. That means it’s probably a good one.

And I promise I won’t think you’re a loser. I mean, did you see me dancing in my onesie?

Thanks for sharing. Love you even more when you do.

xo,

Mayi Carles

PS: If you want to take over the word in your pjs, hurry up + check out my new baby Operation World Domination (it’s only available for a few more days)!

    Tee-heeeeee!!!! You make me smile!

I’m an avid check-marker , too…and totally write things down just to check it off! It feels so good!!!!

  • Sarah Shotts says:

My confession: To hit inbox zero I just drag all of my emails into a folder called “Archive”. *facepalm*

Also, I totally do that checkmark thing too.

  • Lorena says:

I’m glad April convinced you!!! Come on! It’s hillarious! And make me feel less like a weirdo’ or loser 🙈🙈🙈 I do the check mark thing too 😅 And answer to Dora even if my kids left for school long ago. I also answer mails in my mind and sometimes have episodes sort of Ally McBeal, you know? I give the answer I actually want to give, then when I feel like I actually said it! i realise it’s late, i didn’t do it and somehow “lose” again 🙄. If you need more embarrassing confessions, just let me know 😅 i think I could elaborate a little longer

    • Mayi Carles says:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA you made my day Lorena.

You always have license to elaborate 🙂

      • Lorena says:

        Well, if you insist…
I sing with all my heart almost every disney song (my little one loves) while I drive. Recently I discovered that I can be perfectly heard on the outside, and I keep doing it
I’ve named all the stuffed animals my sons own, and most of them, have names of sweet treats, like Toddy, Nutella, Cocosette, Vanilla and Peanut Butter Bear
I treasure paper goods and notepads/notebooks that I never use because they’re just too pretty!
Do you want to hear more? jajajja

  • Jen says:

Mayi, you’re awesome! This made me laugh so much!

I may still have a stuffed bear I talk to…he gives great advice, don’t judge 😉 Also, my cactus family all have names…I know…so weird!

  • Norie says:

Mayi I love you and your dancing! When things are not going right for me, I play Adele’s ~ Hello and sing as loud as I probably can. Obviously I can’t sing in tune and often hear the neighbour next door a few minutes after the song near our fence shuffling around in the garden. I’m wondering if she is looking for that scrawning cat singing….

  • Amanda Sue says:

    1. I generally hate cutesy nicknames… but I’ve got a million of them for my kids.
    2. I’ve never had a pair of pj’s I loved, so I frequently fall asleep in my clothes.
    3. I dance like an idiot when no ones watching.
    4. I laugh when I see the Facebook memories, because even 5-6 years later I think my status updates are hilarious.

  • Rosa says:

LOL this was hilarious Mayi! I’m glad you did the video and I love love the dance part! I also work on pj’s some times, it feels so good! and when I need to put my ideas in order… I talk to my dog and then I get my answers!

  • Amanda says:

Ah! I’m constantly emailing people back in my head and not really in real life. 😛

  • Nicole Sijnja says:

    Mayi you crack me up.

    1. I feel you with the checklist. I used to create a checklist that had the items get up and have breakfast on them so that I could check two things off my list quickly 🙂
    2. I often talk to my cat and have conversations with her but she usually walks away from me, so I’m just talking to myself
    3. I laugh waaaaay to hard at puns and make puns whenever I can even if the are terrible
    4. I feel you on the square of chocolate. I can demolish a big block of dark chocolate and call it a treat

  • Antigone says:

    hahahaha 😀

That check it off thing…definitely feels so good!
..and forgetting to reply on comments…ouups :/

Thanks Mayi for your honesty and openness! <3 xxx
