So they take extra steps to compensate for this busy time of the week, and apply their best management skills to ensure that the day unfolds as smoothly as possible.

  1. Listen to a really good audio about those who’ve overcome much more challenging obstacles than….. a monday morning.

  2. I plan my week on Sunday evenings. I write it in a planner + put it on Evernote to share with my accountability partner. I do struggle with unexpected events or things that take longer than I expected/planned. I’d love a glimpse into your actual planner! 🙂

    1. That is such a good idea. I try to plan my next week the Friday before, but on Sundays I LOVEEE to meal plan.
